We just have to apply these rules now!

Well, it was perfect when I red it in english. After translation I see some minor problems:

What administration and advanced users can and could do or ot do.

• I think we forgot the case when an administrator don't respect rules: blocking, losing his rights?

It may be non-public rules for administrators. It's the next step.

• We should open the discussion about Owner. IMHO Baya should stay owner of engine (he have to be paid, one day...), but not owner of the data-base, which is under Creative Common licence. It's not clear. (see discussions about a Rodovid Foundation).

By Uk legislation - he will be owner of database. But in fact this database in common ownership of all users.

There are some other minor-minor problems, but we have to discuss between french and tunisian admins before translating requests in english.

It would be great if Wikiacc could help us for english wording...
