Technical description
Rodovid currently uses:
t2.medium prepaid instance (web server, db server, file storage):
- vCPUs - 2, Memory - 4GiB
- volumes:
- gp2 20GiB / (zfs compressed pool)
- gp2 80GiB /var (zfs compressed pool)
- 2*gp3 100GiB db, images (zfs compressed pool) - an attempt to have more iops
- images volume >25GB
- db volume ~11GB
c4.large spot instance (php backend)
- vCPUs - 2, Memory - 3.75GiB, gp2 - 1GiB
configuration might be expanded automatically up to 10 additional spot php backend c4.large instances
Usage statistic by year
hits and outbound traffic calculated based on data from nginx logs. AWS shows approximately 20% more outbound traffic.
