Clan & Names capitalization

From Rodovid Engine

To avoid capitalized and non capital first symbol into person & clan names. The below rules are applied to:

1. the full string divided on separated words (by space)
2. each word checked for:
   • if word contains only roman numericals 'I','V','X','L','C','D','M' - no changes
   • if word length less then 3 - no changes
   • all other cases word converted to Title case
